Having completed his general gynaecology training in bustling hospitals in the East of England, Mr. Phadnis further honed his expertise through subspecialty training in gynaecological oncology at the renowned Barts Gynaecological Cancer Centre. His research has delved into the correlation between pregnancy-related complications and the treatment of pre-cancer of the cervix.

Recipient of numerous accolades at both national and international conferences, Mr. Phadnis was honored with the Royal College of Gynaecologists (RCOG) Bernhard Baron Travelling Fellowship. This prestigious award facilitated his visit to a center of excellence in Germany, enriching his proficiency in ovarian cancer surgery.

With a focus on both minimally invasive and open abdominal surgery, Mr Phadnis is recognised for his expertise in complex procedures. His special interests encompass fertility preservation in gynaecological cancer, counselling, and management of familial gynaecological cancer, as well as advanced stage ovarian cancer cytoreduction surgery.

Serving as the lead clinician for colposcopy at The Royal London Hospital (NHS), he also chairs the oncology multidisciplinary meeting at The London Clinic and lends his expertise to an expert advisory panel for a leading pharmaceutical company. Additionaly, since July 2023, Mr Phadnis, is the London representative sitting on The British Gynaecological Cancer Society Council.
